"A wonderful way to experience the real Spain. It starts with a warm welcome given by your lovely bit-lingual hostess Rachael. Then you are taken to her very rustic, charming and authentic home where your day begins. I have been to many of Rachael's cookery demonstrations now and they are always interesting, informative and a above all fun! Sitting out on the terrace in the lovely sun with amazing views all around you eating the food you helped to create is an incredible experience not to be missed.The food is always creative and healthy - without you realising it is healthy. It just always tastes so good! Whether you are a local wanting to learn a bit more about Spain or a holiday maker looking for a different day out this is something you should not miss. (I believe courses with overnight stays are also available on request.) Incidentally, if don't fancy cooking then look out for Rachael's special Sunday lunches or afternoon tea or Sunset suppers. Each is offered with the option of an interesting walk around the area first. Again a wonderful day out. Thank you Rachael for showing me Spain as it really is. I wouldn't miss it for the world."
