Pickling, drying, making jams and sauces, bottling, freezing, fermenting - we look at how to deal with the glut through practical and easy recipes.

Festive Fare on Saturday 9th December

Tired of trotting out turkey and the trimmings? We create a delicious festive menu, perfect for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

The workshops start at 10.30 and finish at 15.30, and include a folder with all your recipes and lunch in beautiful surroundings where you get to taste all your hard work! Price per person 40 euros.

We meet at 10.am in the carpark of El Cruce restaurant, Trapiche.  https://tinyurl.com/yj9987v. From there you will be guided up to the farm.
For those who prefer not to drive up to the farm we offer the option of collecting and returning you to the meeting point for an extra 5 euros per person.

The meeting place for the Cookery Workshops is El Cruce restaurant carpark in Trapiche at 10.00am. 
If you prefer not to drive, we offer the option of being taken up to the farm and back to the meeting point for 5 euros extra per person.

We also accept private bookings for Cookery Workshops, minimum 5 people, maximum 8 people, contact us for prices. You can also book a workshop in your own place of choice. If you would like a taxi service to pick your group up and return them, just ask us for a quote.
